Quintin Powell enters his first year as Head Track Coach and Assistant Cross Country Coach for Pratt Community College.  Coach Powell comes to Pratt most recently from Coffeyville Community College where he served as Assistant Track Coach.  During his time at Coffeyville, Coach Powell coached 13 All-Americans in track and field.  He was primarily responsible for training athletes in the 400 and 800 meter races.  

A native of Moore, Okla., Coach Powell graduated from Westmoore High School.  Following high school Coach Powell participated in track at St. Gregory's University.  When St. Gregory's closed, Coach Powell transferred to Rogers State University where he completed his degree in Communications.  Coach Powell is also part of the Residence Life Staff at PCC.
