Arnaldo Morales recently completed his first year as Assistant Cross Country, Track & Field Coach at Pratt Community College. In his first year, Morales assisted Coach Campbell overseeing the Beavers indoor track & field program that brought 16 athletes to the Indoor National Championships, producing five All-American honors.

Prior to Pratt, Arnaldo was an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Fitch High School (Austintown, Ohio) where he specialized both in the Long Jump and High Jump. During his time at Fitch, Arnaldo had four regional qualifiers and one state qualifier in the High Jump.

Morales had a standout career at Youngstown State University (Youngstown, Ohio). While with the Penguins, he received many accolades, including two school records in the high jump (2.14m indoor / 2.15m outdoor), was a four-time Horizon League Outdoor High Jump champion, two-time Horizon League Indoor Champion, the 2014 Freshman Male Field Athlete of the Year, and 2016 Outstanding Field Performer of the year. Morales had the pleasure of being one of the few athletes in jumps history to attend all four NCAA Division I First Round Championships (East) in the High Jump.

Arnaldo resides in Pratt and has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University.
