Rylie Hallman Commits to the University of New Orleans

Pratt, Kan. - The Pratt Community College volleyball program is excited to announce that sophomore Rylie Hallman has committed to the University of New Orleans to play volleyball for the next two years. Hallman will be the only 2025 graduate from the volleyball team to commit to play at a NCAA division one school and the second player under head volleyball coach Brittany Urenda to receive this opportunity.

Rylie has been the starting setter for the Beavers the past two seasons and has appeared in 195 sets, totaling 149 kills, 1385 assists, 515 digs, and 48 blocks. Hallman was voted team captain this year by her teammates and is a two time all conference player. In addition, Hallman was awarded the 2023-24 female athlete of the year award from the Pratt Community College athletic department.

“I am incredibly proud of Rylie and all that she has been able to accomplish despite the ups and downs that have come her way,” said coach Urenda. “Her hard work has truly paid off and she has been rewarded with an incredible opportunity to go play division one volleyball. I am excited to see her future as a Privateer.”
