Yesterday the Women's Soccer Program opened their conference season with a home match against Kansas City Kansas Community College, the #10 ranked team in the country.  

An exciting game full of offense saw the squad fall 5-4. Despite the loss, there were glimmers of brilliance from the players and if this is a sign of things to come, PCC should expect to have a really good showing from 1st year head coach, Brandon Jackson's team. 

When asked for his thoughts, Coach Jackson said, "I'm proud of this group. We took the #10 to the wire. Pratt showed we can compete with the best of them. We played with heart and as a team. We left it all on the field. Praise to KCKCC for coming back after being down 3-0. Looking forward to seeing them in October." 

The team will next be in action on September 13 as they travel to face Neosho County Community College!
