[Concordia, KS-Jan 3rd, 2026] - Men's Basketball was on the road against Cloud for a mid season conference game. The Beavers were searching for their first conference win currently on a 10 game losing streak. The Beavers would play an ultra competitive game in the first half on Wednesday night but would go cold in the second half falling 86-68. 

Game Recap: 

Pratt (3-11), (0-9) started off the slow with Cloud (7-7), (2-6) gaining an early 11-6 lead. Pratt would answer with a few buckets of their own making it a 19-13 game early on with Cloud still leading. 

The following four minutes saw Cloud dominate the game jumping out to a 30-13 lead early. With 10:00 left in the first half the Pratt finally broke their scoring slump with a made layup by Kisean Robinson. The damage however would persist as the Beavers fell behind by 20 points 37-17. The Cloud Onslaught would continue into half with the ThunderBirds leading at half 57-33

Despite trailing the Beavers shot an efficient 14-28 (50.0%) from the field in the first half. The beavers were also solid from beyond the arc shooting 3-7 (42.9%) from three. Cloud was much more shot efficient from the field going 20-33 (60.6%) from the field and 8-14 (57.1%) from deep. Izeyah Harris led the Beavers in scoring at the break with 11 points on an extremely efficient 5-7 (71.4%)

The second half saw the Beavers outscore Cloud 40-38 however the 57-33 first half was too big of a deficit for the Beavers to recover from.

Seydina Faye led the Beavers in scoring shooting 6-10 (60%) with 13 points, and 4 rebounds 

Izeyah Harris shot 5-8 (62.5%) from the field and finished with 11 points and 3 rebounds
